The waterpark was a standout feature of my stay, with thrilling slides and a relaxing wave pool. I also appreciated the convenience of having Boston Pizza attached to the resort, allowing easy access to meals without leaving the premises. Additionally, the proximity to the falls was a pleasant bonus that enhanced my overall experience.

There were cleanliness issues in the room and at times the pools appeared unkempt.

room had a few maintenance issues like a loose toilet handle. The water park was fun for the kids, but the arcade needs better upkeep. Staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable overall despite some flaws.

The Deluxe 2 Queen Room was cozy and had a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The fridge and microwave made snacks easy. The indoor waterpark was a blast, with a heated pool and a wave pool. The staff were super helpful, especially Jennifer, the manager, who ensured our safety after an incident. Lots of fun for families!

Had an awesome group vacation with friends. The waterpark was a blast with its slides and wave pool, and the arcade was filled with fun games. We also enjoyed some delicious meals at the restaurant on-site. Definitely a great spot for a fun getaway.

One downside was the lack of communication during check-in. The receptionist was rude and didn’t explain what we needed, which was frustrating.

The waterpark is perfect for little ones with fun slides for ages under 10, and the arcade offers a decent variety of games.

The indoor waterpark was a hit with my kids, offering plenty of fun slides and a wave pool that kept us entertained for hours. The room, however, could have been better. we encountered some cleanliness issues during our stay. Overall, the experience was good, but I hope they address the housekeeping inconsistencies.

Great Fun for the Kids!

We had an awesome time at the water park! The kids loved every second of it. We got a super comfy room overlooking the play area. One little bummer was that the bucket and playground were closed. Also, that manager at Boston Pizza was a bit hard to deal with when we needed milk for our toddler. Still, the staff was otherwise great!

This place suits me perfectly! The indoor swimming pool, game room, and 24-hour reception cater to all my needs. On my first stay, staff helped me find my lost wallet, which I'll never forget. Highly recommend it for families!
